When the reserve runs short

When a withdrawal exceeds the liquid reserve, the vault automatically sells a treasury Hypurr at floor, refills the withdrawal contract, and repeats until the redemption is paid.

Your HYPE enters a queue, not the vault. Requests wait for the next hourly epoch. A keeper signs a fresh NAV report, then the queue fills at that price.

New HYPE can pay out people leaving in the same hour. Inside each side, the oldest request goes first. Nobody jumps the line.

Redemptions follow
If the reserve cannot pay the request at the front in full, it gets what is there and keeps its place. Everyone behind it waits (head of line blocking) until it clears.

A NAV report is valid for 2 epochs. If it goes stale, nothing fills until a new one is signed.
